I began my career in the cosmetology industry in 1997, after graduating from Aladdin Beauty College.  I launched my career as an apprentice at Ashanti Salon and where I quickly advanced to Master Stylist. In 2001, after years of professional development and growth at an established salon, I decided to venture into entrepreneurship and become an independent stylist. I also provide healthy hair care tips, cutting edge styles and product knowledge as a local educator for professional salon product distributor, Influanće Hair Care.  

 

 In 2008, I took a makeup course to learn how to apply my own makeup. I had no idea that the class would plant the seed for my new passion - a career in makeup.  Since then, I have provided makeup for models on print publications such as Fierce Eye Magazine covers and the Influanće Hair Care product calendar. I have also had the pleasure of applying make up for many performers in music videos and on movie sets.

 

My heart is truly dedicated to learning all that I can, and leaving my mark in this industry with plans of one day opening a full service salon.
